Internationalization
The international insertion of the Program takes place through its publication in international journals that have a relevant impact factor in the food area. It is noteworthy that as the defenses of students took place from 2015, international publications involving them began in 2017. The program's professors also act as reviewers of international journals in the food area. In addition, the Program's faculty team, through its Coordinating Committee and the Directorate of International and Interinstitutional Relations of the Institution, has been seeking to approach research groups abroad.
