Post-Doctorate in progress at PPGCTA:
Academic background: PhD (2023) and Master (2019) in Food Science and Technology from the Federal University of Viçosa/UFV. Bachelor in Food Science and Technology from the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Southeast Minas Gerais (IF Sudeste MG), Rio Pomba Campus (2017). She has experience in the areas of vegetable processing, development of functional foods, addition of probiotic microorganisms in plant matrices, application of different microencapsulation techniques, microencapsulation of probiotics by spray drying and application of microparticles in different products. She worked as a substitute professor in the Department of Food Science and Technology (DCTA) of IF Sudeste MG, Rio Pomba Campus, teaching subjects for technical, undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
