The volumes of the e-books of the series “Contributions to the Food Area: Experiences of the Professional Master's Degree in Food Science and Technology – Rio Pomba Campus” are available for reading and downloading. The works aim to disseminate the research carried out by the Postgraduate Program in Food Science and Technology of IF Sudeste MG.
